We are leasing now for the upcoming school year. Camden Townes is located right by JMU off Port Republic Road. We offer four-bedroom townhomes with two full baths. Each level offers two bedrooms, one bathroom, a mini kitchen, a living room, and a patio/balcony. There is a larger shared main kitchen on the first level and a full-size washer and dryer on the second level. Our townhomes are each remodeled and decorated differently.

$575/per room or $1150 for the floor with one month rent security deposit.

All include electricity and water with monthly caps of $150 on electric and $75 on water.

Camden is located on JMU's bus line and is close enough to walk or bike. We are pet-friendly, however, we cannot take aggressive breeds or puppies.

The application process consists of reviewing your income source and calculating your debt-to-income ratio (Rent plus monthly payments per your credit report divided by your income). We will also contact your previous rental reference, screen your credit, and review criminal and eviction records. For those renting from a private landlord, a copy of your lease will be required.
