Lauren is a native of the Shenandoah Valley. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, hiking with her dog, Milo, and spending time with her family. Lauren is a licensed sales person and has attended numerous conferences and classes to expand her knowledge of the Property Management field. She has excelled in her knowledge of the industry and has become Rocktown’s Senior Property Manager. Lauren has a great eye and can advise owners on what remodeling they need to do in order to obtain the highest rent possible. She is very effective in remodeling investment properties and is excited to see the equity grow in her owner’s investment property. Lauren also loves working with the residents of her properties to help them obtain the best rental available in the Harrisonburg and surrounding areas.

Hanie began pursuing a career in real estate in 2022. Having grown up in the Valley, she is committed to helping others be able to call this beautiful area home. She joined Rocktown Realty in 2024 as a Property Manager while still dedicating herself to her clients in their real estate transactions. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling to new places with friends or spending time with her pets.

Noelia loves helping others and has had a passion for homes from a young age. Growing up, she always enjoyed looking at houses, which naturally led her to work hard toward earning her real estate license. She now applies that passion to property management, where she focuses on caring for homes, supporting residents, and providing dependable service to property owners. She brings care, dedication, and a positive attitude into everything she does.

In her free time, Noelia enjoys spending quality time with loved ones, trying good food, and staying active. She looks forward to continuing to grow in her career while giving back and helping support her community.

Alex Fiske is an Assistant Property Manager at Rocktown Realty. She is currently a full-time student at Blue Ridge Community College, where she is studying Business Management and Marketing. Alex recently joined Rocktown Realty in 2026 and is excited to grow her career in property management while supporting both owners and tenants. Outside of work and school, Alex enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her German Shepherd puppy! She loves being outdoors- especially when the weather is warm.

Julie is from Roanoke, VA and moved to Harrisonburg in 2022 after transferring to James Madison University. She graduated in May of 2024 with her bachelor's in Secondary Education and History. Julie began working at Rocktown as a summer inspector and decided to join the company full time after graduation as an Assistant Property Manager of student housing. When not working, she can be found doing something crafty, spending time with her friends and family, or attending concerts. 

Sandy, a lifelong resident of the Valley, has become an integral part of Rocktown Realty. She has worked in various departments of the company and has gained a comprehensive understanding of operations. She received her Associate's Degree in Business Management at American National University. In her free time, Sandy loves watching sports, especially her two grandsons play basketball and football. She also enjoys playing handbells in her church choir. 

Sharon was born in Winchester, VA and raised here in Harrisonburg. She has worked in office administration for over 15 years and lives with her Husband in Rockingham County. When she is not taking care of her summer and flower gardens, Sharon enjoys visiting local state parks and historical museums and homesteads.

Janet Stephenson was born and raised by a lake in Indiana, where she enjoyed waterskiing and ice skating. She moved to Virginia in 1974 and then to the valley in 1978. Janet earned a Vet Technology degree from BRCC in 1980. She practiced for nine years before transitioning into a career in banking. Janet has a deep love for all animals, especially her German Shepherd, Gracie. In her free time, she enjoys target shooting, outdoor activities, and spending quality time with family and friends while listening to rock 'n' roll.
