Bernard Hamann » Director of Home Owner Association Management
Bernard manages the day to day operations of HOA Management, liaising between owners, tenants, vendors, and the Board of Directors at each association.
Kristin Bosworth » POA Client & Vendor Relations Coordinator
Kristin is responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the common areas in the community. She coordinates with the vendors (maintenance, landscapers, waste removal, etc.) to ensure everything is in working order. She is the liaison between owners, tenants and vendors.
Mary Bontz » POA Communications and Inspections Coordinator
Mary is responsible for enforcing the community rules and regulations. She performs routine walkthroughs, inspecting exteriors and common areas to ensure the upkeep of the community is staying up to the board and owner’s standards. Mary maintains the web sites and provides the marketing for the HOA.
