Each floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom, livingroom, mini kitchen and patio/balcony. You will share the main kitchen and full size washer and dryer with the opposite floor.

Each floor has:
- A living room to hang out in
- A wet bar/kitchenette for quick snacks
- A bathroom
- Two cozy bedrooms
- The main kitchen and laundry are shared between both floors, plus there’s a storage shed for all your extra stuff!

Each bedroom rents for $525 with a one-month security deposit or the floor will rent for $1050.00.

We’re pet-friendly too, but no aggressive breeds or dogs under a year old (full list of restrictions is on our online application). We have a $500 refundable pet deposit, and if you have more than one pet, just let us know first!

The application process consists of reviewing your income source and calculating your debt-to-income ratio (Rent plus monthly payments per your credit report divided by your income). We will also contact your previous rental reference, screen your credit, and review criminal and eviction records. For those renting from a private landlord, a copy of your lease will be required.
