This condo comes with a unique loft area that includes an additional bedroom, bathroom, and living space. This condo has been remodeled and comes furnished. Some bedrooms may have twin beds.

The price for this 5-bedroom/3-bath condo is $595/month and is $650/month for the loft with water and electricity included with monthly caps. Also, trash removal is included. Furnished!

You are welcome to apply however application fees are nonrefundable. As lease renewals are pending, if the current tenants renew we will do our best to transfer you to a similar 5 bedroom in Hunters Ridge. Please make sure your full group applies!

We are pet-friendly however, we cannot take aggressive breeds or dogs under 1 year of age. Our list of aggressive breeds is available on the first page of our online application. We charge a refundable one-time pet deposit of $500. Please contact us if you have more than 1 pet before applying.

The application process consists of reviewing your income source and calculating your debt-to-income ratio (Rent plus monthly payments per your credit report divided by your income). We will also contact your previous rental reference, screen your credit, and review criminal and eviction records. For those renting from a private landlord, a copy of your lease will be required.
