We have one resident that has entered our lease assignment program. They are looking to have their current lease taken over as of 2/13. The rent will be $600 through 7/26 but will increase on 8/1/26 to $650 per month. No utilities are included. This home currently is rented to females.

The application process consists of reviewing your income source and calculating your debt-to-income ratio (Rent plus monthly payments per your credit report divided by your income). We will also contact your previous rental reference, screen your credit, and review criminal and eviction records. For those renting from a private landlord, a copy of your lease will be required. We understand that most students do not have an income source therefore we have your parent cosign the lease. They do not need to apply!
