Bernard manages the day to day operations of HOA Management, liaising between owners, tenants, vendors, and the Board of Directors at each association.

Kayleigh grew up in Northern Virginia, and came to the Valley in 2004 to attend James Madison University. While attending JMU she met her now Husband, and has stayed in the Valley ever since. Kayleigh enjoys working with the public and getting to know our tenants and owners. In Her free time, she likes to hang out with her dog Lily the Pug, read, and watch sports!

Originally from the Mountain State of West Virginia, she now resides in Broadway, Virginia. She has 2 children Rachel and Derek, and 1 grandson Maverick. She is bordering on being a crazy cat lady and enjoys cooking and baking for family and friends. Her go to meal is a juicy steak, but she likes to switch up the sides because variety is the spice of life!
