Emerald Bay Dues Structure:

Lot owners will pay $200/month up until building is completed or 1 year after they break ground,
then they will go up to $350/month.

Homeowners will continue to pay $350 per month.

Annual Meeting:

All owners are encouraged and welcomed to attend.
