I have had Rocktown Realty manage the rental of our unit on Bradley Drive since earlier this year. Julie Hamann has helped us make positive upgrades to our unit, making it more desirable to renters. She worked very hard to find us renters for our unit despite the fact that we had none up until July. This was due to the neglect of our previous rental management company and the current Harrisonburg rental market.
