Julie Francis

Julie is from Roanoke, VA and moved to Harrisonburg in 2022 after transferring to James Madison University. She graduated in May of 2024 with her bachelor’s in Secondary Education and History. Julie began working at Rocktown as a summer inspector and decided to join the company full time after graduation as an Assistant Property Manager of student housing. When not working, she can be found doing something crafty, spending time with her friends and family, or attending concerts.
