Each occupant over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application. Please be prepared to pay the $55 application fee as outlined in the property listing. This fee is non-refundable, even if you are denied tenancy or the property becomes unavailable. Applying for a property does not guarantee that you will be approved to lease the property that you applied for. In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and a valid social security number. All application fees are nonrefundable.

The application process consists of reviewing your income source and calculating your debt-to-income ratio (Rent plus monthly payments per your credit report divided by your income). We will also contact your previous rental reference, screen your credit, and review criminal and eviction records. For those renting from a private landlord, a copy of your lease will be required.
