Our Pet Policy & Requirements
- A Warm Welcome: We welcome well-behaved pets into our communities! If you have more than one furry friend, please let us know—we review multi-pet households on a case-by-case basis.
- Age Requirement: To ensure your pet is settled and house-trained, all dogs must be at least one year of age or older.
- Breed Guidelines: For the safety of our community and in accordance with insurance requirements, we cannot move forward with breeds traditionally classified as aggressive.
- Refundable Deposit: A $500 refundable pet deposit is required per pet. This deposit is held to ensure the property remains in excellent condition and will be returned at the end of your lease, provided no pet-related damages occur.
- Please submit a photo of your pet when you fill out the application. Vaccination records may be required.
Each occupant over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application. Please be prepared to pay the $55 application fee as outlined in the property listing. This fee is non-refundable, even if you are denied tenancy or the property becomes unavailable. Applying for a property does not guarantee that you will be approved to lease the property that you applied for. In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and a valid social security number. All application fees are nonrefundable.
