Current Dues Information
Dues: 2026 dues for the community will be $700 for the year, but this has been broken down into four quarterly payments of $175. The statements will be sent out at the beginning of each quarter for January, April, July, and October. You can still pay the full amount up front, in which case you will carry a credit throughout the year. You can also pay half up front for the first two quarters and then pay the other half in July.
Late Fees: You have until the end of the first month of each quarter to pay (Jan. 31, April 30, July 31, & Oct. 31), and if you do not pay by that time, a flat fee of $25 will be assessed on the first day of the next month.
